31 DIVISION ALUMNI
WE SERVED AND
WE PROTECTED

Dear members of the 31 Division Alumni,
It is with great sadness that our family share the news that Harry Davies, has passed away after a very short sudden illness.
Dad loved the job and found great pleasure in organizing and attending so many events over the years. We, as a family, would like to thank you all for participating in and creating many wonderful memories with him and each other.
We would also like to thank you for honouring the shield of "Ye Olde Guard" in 31 Division. It is our hope that the legacy of great policing and lifelong friendships continues under its watch and in his memory.
Be good to each other and remember the man with the great smile, infectious laugh and gentle guidance when sought. Please remember your friend, The Colonel.
With love,
The Davies Family

Thanks to Frank Craddock for loaning us his collection of past “News & Views” and “Tour of Duty” magazines. We have been able to post dozens of photos of many of you taken on the day you went to officially post your retirement. Enjoy.
